We offer our Happy Gardening Guarantee on all products for 30 days. This warranty is your assurance that McDonald Garden Center maintains the highest standard of quality available. Simply bring your original receipt and the item back and we will refund your money (in the way it was originally paid) – no questions asked.
Trees & Shrubs Warranty
We guarantee that all of our plants are true to name and healthy when leaving the Garden Center. We guarantee the survival of our trees & shrubs for one year from date of purchase providing they have not been damaged and have been properly planted and watered. If you have any questions about the health of a plant, notify the McDonald location where the plant was purchased.
Terms:
- Warranty period is one year from the date of purchase for a one-time replacement of the tree or shrub.
- Replacement will be of equal or lesser value on in-stock merchandise.
- Due to the nature of living, growing crops, some variation in size may occur.
- Due to their tropical nature and warm-weather growth habit, Hardy Palms will be considered for replacement on or after June 15.
- Please return the tree or shrub, along with the receipt to any McDonald Garden Center.
