Now that the holiday season has officially commenced, it’s time to start thinking about what gifts to give to your gardening friends and family. There are just so many options from ornaments to lights, poinsettias, and more. We’ve narrowed it down to our favorites of the season for an easy go-to guide when you’re shopping at our stores!
Custom Bows
From paper to tags, and especially handmade, custom bows, we’ve got you covered when it comes to wrapping up your garden gifts this year. Visit our Houseplant Help Desk at our year-round locations to get everything from a camellia to an orchid wrapped and ready to go for your loved one. Check out Mike, the Garden Guru’s video on how we make our custom bows in-store above.
Sassafras
Our store-within-a-store, Sassafras, is here for all your holiday needs. At both of our year-round stores, you will find holiday gift-giving items like small Santas and reindeer holding air plants, mini poinsettias held by sparkling globes, and candy-cane containers holding some of your favorite houseplants. These are perfect additions to holiday home decor or even a host gift for that holiday party you’re attending.
Fresh Greens & Wreaths
The fresh smell of Christmas is only best represented by fresh-cut greens and wreaths. Present your loved ones with something gorgeously in-season with a fresh door hanger, a door frame swag, fresh-cut garlands, porch pots, and of course, fresh wreaths made from spruce sprigs, fir branches, juniper berries, and pinecones.
Customize your fresh-cut green gifts in our annual departments. Our Green Team will be happy to help with decorating with picks, sprigs, ribbons, and other accents to make your gift unique and original.
Ornaments
No plant gift is paired better than with a memorable, collectible ornament. Browse our Christmas in the Greenhouse at our year-round locations for thousands of ornament options in our different themes from Emerald and Red Velvet to Costal, Gingerbread, Williamsburg, and more. For a personal Hampton Roads keepsake, check out our heirloom ornaments on our Christmas Shoppe page.
